We want you to bring your A-game with full confidence in what you're putting in your body. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.
Return window
You may request a return within 2 days (48 hours) of receiving your parcel. Requests made after this window cannot be accepted. The delivery date on your tracking is used to confirm eligibility.
Conditions for a return
To be eligible, your item must be:
• Unopened, unused, and still sealed in its original packaging.
• In the same condition you received it.
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email).
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, opened or used supplements cannot be returned or refunded. This protects every customer and is standard practice for consumable products.
How to start a return
1. Email hello@musclesrise.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return.
2. Our team will reply with return instructions and the return address.
3. Ship the item back within 3 days of receiving approval.
Please do not send items back before receiving return approval — unapproved returns can't be processed.
Return shipping costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, faulty, or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service, as we can't be responsible for items lost in return transit.
Damaged, faulty, or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — no need to return the item in most cases.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you to confirm approval. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product or flavor, please return your eligible item for a refund and place a new order.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund only if they have not yet been processed for dispatch. Once an order has shipped, it falls under the return policy above.
