At Muscles Rise, we work with trusted suppliers to bring you fully-dosed, lab-formulated supplements at the best possible price. Here's everything you need to know about how your order gets to you.
Order processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 5:00 PM, or on weekends and holidays, begin processing the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a second email with tracking once it ships.
Delivery time
Estimated delivery is 7–10 business days from the date your order is dispatched. Total time from order to doorstep is therefore typically 8–13 business days, including processing.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Occasional delays can happen due to high demand, supplier restocks, customs clearance, weather, or courier disruptions outside our control.
Shipping costs
Delivery charges are calculated based on your location and shown clearly at checkout before you pay. The exact cost will always be confirmed before you complete your order.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to become active after dispatch. You can track your order anytime using the link in your shipping confirmation.
Multiple shipments
Because we source products to keep prices low, items in the same order may occasionally ship separately and arrive on different days. You won't be charged any extra for this.
Wrong or incomplete address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not able to reroute or refund orders sent to an address entered incorrectly. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we'll contact you to arrange re-delivery (additional shipping charges may apply).
Customs and import duties
For international orders, any customs fees, taxes, or import duties are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price or shipping cost.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days of dispatch, contact us at hello@musclesrise.com and we'll investigate with the courier right away.
